a few changes to video streaming bitrate.
I spent a little time on the weekend improving ART4 settings. Most of the elements worked correctly but I still did not like the quality of video that I get from Qground control.
As I said some time ago, the mentioned software (in total the best in the freeware market) does not do very well with Raspberry streaming compared to other Android decoders and I am constantly trying to improve this quality.
I've worked a little bit on the so-called bitrate and in total after this weekend I can say that the image finally looks acceptable. The most important thing is that there is no so-called huge pixels on screen (pixelization effect) during drone flight as before.
Below is a video showing the image I can achieve on a 7 inch tablet (1280 × 720 resolution) while handling telemetry with an optimized new "bitrate" for LTE link.

For comparison, below is the same shot recorded by a Full HD camera (60fps).
