phase 5 – telemetry over cellular network – how to ….???

I was thinking that together with phase 4 I will be able to launch telemetry over cellular networks but unfortunately I cannot achieve it. I do have problems with sending telemetry data over UDP protocol.

Summarizing I can send video over UDP now but not telemetry. Need more investigate this topic. I`m doing something wrong with it now but I cannot find good solution for it. I need to review it within details.
