Today's post look like report that shows where am I.
After couple of hours spent with uav matrix forum and with their great support my Raspberry is able to stream video pipeline to predefined ground station device. Currently I using internal network and desktop PC to view this video feed.

Outside:
I didn`t disconnect any part from my current frame yet but Raspberry is completely separated than other copter parts. Pixhawk is still in the box not connected to RPI or copter.
I keeping RPI near copter frame because it connected to my modem. This configuration allows me to proceed with next steps. Due that I can test dial up connections and I able to check efficiency of current power bank connected to RPI, camera and modem at one.
Inside:
Raspberry (with Jessie OS realise) is connected to my internal network. I have access to this box thru VNC tool. Using scripts I can run my camera and start to stream video pipeline to PC.
Below on the screen you can see working gstreamer on client PC side together with VNC logged session. Same time modems is also working I can start dial in process and seems this dongle will be compatible with RPI.
I sounds very well because do not need to spend money to change something else.

This week I have to 2 task to be completed . First one is related power bank efficiency ( I will do 30 minutes ling time test and finally confirm if 2A power bank can run RPI together with modem and camera ) and second test is related ground station. As I wrote before peoples from VAV matrix are using PC desktop to read video pipelines but in my case I would like to stay only on mobile solution as ground station.
It`s doable because I made first confirmed tests and I`m able to display video feed on mobile phone now. Both those points I will describe with my next post.
One more at the end on this post. Parallel I will try create another card with Android port to check how I can run this camera with current android unofficial realises. Both systems and configuration I will be continue parallel changing only those SD cards.
