Low latency HD streaming form my Raspberry to mobile phone works. I did first test how it works and you can find record under following link >>>.

Test was done using my home network but the most important seems to be latency is not so big for this test. I hope if I reduce bitrate and resolution also cellular streaming will work fine. My old S5 can display this pipeline very well and as for now I very fascinated quality of this preview

Starting from now I will be trying to understand how to get public IP and then how to run this pipeline on my phone outside my home network using LTE only.
