short move related real time video streaming over 4G/LTE

I didn`t have a time publish aby movie yesterday and I`m adding short record today.

Quality of record is not perfect because it hard to control drone, watch FVP stream and record move same time but I hope this short record can shows how it really works. You can check there tablet screen and watch it working

I didn’t remove original audio because it allows also to hear and understand better delays observed during 4G streaming.  Streaming signal was receive on client with 1-2 second delays, but it hard to say final fixed value because it`s changing and depend probably on cellular network conditions

For me for FVP preview purposes it really fine.
