power source - solved issue with sj4000 camera freezing

Problem with SJ4000 camera streaming is solved. I did disconnect modem from mini PC and power on from external source.  With this configuration streaming  works perfectly. Camera do not freeze anytime and I can do streaming with various camera resolution and record it as well.
This is still under tests but I think rebuilding drone power supply model will be the most important part of next phase.
